The challenge

The Tom Tailor Group has more than 1,200 stores in 21 countries and approximately 7,000 employees. At the time of the project, Tom Tailor was merging two big retail brands that were different in both clientele and employees.

Turning to Devoteam, there was a need for employee retention, mobility, as well as reducing IT administrative overheads. Overall, enhanced collaboration was essential for the success of the merge.

The solution

The Future Workplace project included five streams. Firstly, the planning of culture change, via the implementation concept for Yammer. Then followed Office 365 Cloud Integration within the existing IT infrastructure.

An intranet redesign, the introduction of Skype for Business Online and mail integrations allowed for increased employee mobility and support.
